This page outlines production, fulfillment, shipping, and return policies for all Shirt Happens products.

Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel & Branded Goods)
  • All print-on-demand products are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printify. Because these items are custom-produced:
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a buyer changed their mind or chose the wrong size/color.
  • If an item is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Upon approval, Printify may offer a free reprint or a refund credit in accordance with their merchant support policy.
  • No product needs to be returned to receive a refund or a reprint in these cases.
