Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel & Branded Goods)

All designs featured on Shirt Happens Co. are created by our brand and produced on demand by our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify.

When you click a “Shop” button on this website, you will be redirected to our fulfillment partner’s secure checkout page to complete your purchase and provide shipping information.

Because all items are made to order, the following policies apply:

Made-to-Order Production
All products are printed and produced after an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and offer a wide range of designs.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, or for orders where a customer simply changes their mind. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Resolution Process
After review, our fulfillment partner may issue a free replacement (reprint) or a refund credit, in accordance with their merchant support policy.

Return Shipping
In most cases involving damaged or misprinted items, the product does not need to be returned in order to receive a replacement or refund.

Orders are produced and shipped directly by our print-on-demand partner. Production and shipping times may vary depending on product type, location, and seasonal demand. Estimated timelines are provided during checkout on the fulfillment partner’s website.
